A incercat cineva patch-ul de coop ? Sunt curios sa il vad si eu. Ca mi-ar place sa il joc in coop. Face munca mai usoara.. :P

Dar cine a incercat sa-l joace pe net? Acum o luna am vrut sa-l joc cu Novi de curiozitate, am pornit server-ul dar apoi am avut treaba fiecare si nu am mai incercat sa-l jucam. Cum se misca? Cand se conecteaza cineva la server se sacadeaza? E misto? :)

Azi am gatat si eu jocul dupa ceva luni de asteptare pt ca am frut sa ma joc in 1600x1200 cu tot la max.
Jocul e super, foarte de groaza ,grafica bestiala pot sa zic ca a meritat asteptarea.

Bun joc, f. bun chiar. Unul din putinele jocuri care te tin lipit de calculator pana iti ghiortaie matele de foame :D L'am terminat pe cel mai usor nivel de dificultate :angel: (sunt un fricos, stiu) si dupa 2 zile (nu chiar consecutive) de jucat intens (de pe la pranz pana seara) am reusit sa'l termin. Mi'au placut asa mult panoramele incat am facut screenshot-uri pe care acum le am la arhiva de poze :P M'am chinuit prea mult la penultimu bos, pana m'am prins ce zicea aia si ca trebuia sa trag in bila lu ala de pe spinare. In rest, spre final a fost cel mai beton si mai usor chiar. Bravo lor. Sper sa fie la fel de bine si Duke Nukem Forever :D
Prima lucru de care mi'a adus aminte Doom 3 cand am inceput sa joc si am vazut si urataniile alea, a fost System Shock 2. Pacat ca s'a terminat acolo.
L'am jucat rezonabil la 1024x768 cu detaliile pe low si fara shadows (2500+, 256 DDR266@333, radeon9100). Asta orientativ pt cei care nu l'au instalat inca pe calculatorul lor, desi nu stiu de ce am impresia ca eu sunt mereu ultimu :D

Am o problema:
Dupa ce l-am omorat pe boss-ul ala de la cpu (serge) nu stiu ce sa fac sa trec mai departe (nu se deschide usa aia cu dat dracu!!!)

Daedalus uite ca nu ai fost ultimul :) M'am apucat de el din vara dar abia acum l'am terminat si inca nu'mi aduc aminte sa fi fost alt joc asa atmosferic. E bestial!!! M'am speriat mai rau ca porcu' la abator si nici n'am vazut filme de groaza care sa ma tina mai in suspans ca jocul asta. Totul mi s'a parut de nota 10 (si unde nu, macar de 9 :D ) faze ca ecranele alea cu rezolutie imensa unde puteai sa dai clic cu cursorul pe butoane, pe altele rulau animatii tot la rezolutie mare si nici nu scadea framerate'ul etc. Mi'a mers in general bine si rareori sacadat pe Barton @2500+, GeForce 3 Ti 200 cu 64 VRAM si 256 RAM (si cand eram pe la jumatea Doom'ului am adaugat inca 256) cu detaliile pe high. Mi'a mers bine si cu 256 dar dupa ce jucam mai mult de o ora incepea sa'i ia mai mult ca sa incarce. Cel mai tare joc din ultimii ani (pentru mine cel putin). Sfarsitul e tare rau mai ales muzica (stiu, tot aia din meniu). id rocks. Am si gasit la sfarsit piatra pe care scria id. Marfa. Dar cred ca expansionul o sa fie cam naspa. MAI ALES fata de original.

In fine l-am terminat si eu, pentru ca pe sistemul vechi era slideshow in powerpoint.
Un joc destul de bun pentru ca are toate elementele necesare: sunet de calitate (de exemplu shotgun-ul suna diferit cand tragi in monstrii diferiti), monstrii dezgustatori, nivele care reflecta devastarea facuta de demoni, bossi interesanti, arme diferite...
Singura chestie care m-a enervat cu adevarat este lipsa lanternei de pe arme, noroc ca exista mod pentru asa ceva.
Un joc foarte scary, ma facea sa tresar chiar daca eram cu godmode on si monstrii nu puteau sa imi faca nimic.

L-am terminat si eu (in sfarsit...), mi-au placut cum au fost realizate toate personajele mai ales monstrii [smilie=maniac.gif] , tare de tot jocul (cel mai infricosator [smilie=maniac.gif] ) sunetul e destul de bun, grafica la fel...e super

Eu am ajuns la bossu din Hell (The Guardian) şi am înţeles ca trebe să-i omor pe Seekers ca să-l pot omori, dar nu reuşesc nici cum. Nu apuc bine să-i omor că iară îi regenerează. E vreun truc, ceva ?

Cât am jucat până aici pot să spun că e cel mai înfricoşător joc pe care l-am jucat. De multe ori tresăream de zvâcnea inima în piept nu alta. Sau când intram într-o încăpere intram parcă cu frică să nu sară careva pe mine.Într-adevăr că e naşpa cu lanterna separată.Eşti nevoit să tragi pe întuneric de multe ori. Eu nu am incercat modul care prinde ''cu bandă adezivă'' lanterna de armă, m-am gândit să îl joc aşa. A fost nasol să trec pe bâjbâite prin Hell fără lanternă, dar nu reşesc să trec de bossu ăsta ? Mă ajută careva ?

Ar trebui să fiu suficient de rapid ca să trag în lumina albastră dar nu apuc şi trebuie să trag cu BFG-u nu ?

eh, nici chiar asa... cu lansatoru de rachete nu e greu. poti sa tragi si 2 rachete in timp ce el regenereaza zburatoarele alea odata... nu stiu tu cum nu reusesti. probabil te tot aschunzi dupa coloanele alea si pana ce iesi si il cauti el deja a terminat cu generatu`.
ps: sa fugi tot timpul ca nu iti ia din stamina :wink:

M-am prins de jmecherie. Cat timp ramane bila albastruie trebuie sa tragi cu ce ai mai tare, de preferat BFG-ul sau rocketul. Si trebuie sa omori de mai multe ori seekerii pana moare si gardianu ca nu apuci din prima. Se poate vedea dupa cum fumega cat e de afectat gardianu. Eu credeam ca trebuie sa tragi in bila pana apuca sa inceapa sa regenereze, dar asa cum ai spus si tu pana ii genereaza pe toti 3 e timp suficient ca sa il termini. Nu am mai avut rabdare si am incercat cu godmode si la ultima rafala am tras cu BFG-ul (cu 4 'rachete' ca numai atatea aveam).Poate maine o sa incerc si fara godmode.

Mr. Johnson however, seems happy to spread confusion as in other interviews he has hinted that his role may include that of the leader of hell. Oddly enough, he has also suggested that his evil side will be a surprise in the movie, so he is either ruining the premise or simply trying to confuse everyone even further.

The director of the movie is the Polish born Andrzej Bartkowiak better known for his cinematography work in movies such as Thirteen Days, The Devil's Advocate and U.S. Marshalls as well as for directing Cradle 2 the Grave. Bartkowiak's name is a stylistic guarantee of sorts although we have to admit we are just happy to see Uwe Boll is in no way associated with the project.

Another detail about the Doom movie revealed by Johnson is that it will be rated R, a relief for fans of the game, concerned by recent rumors claiming that the movie would carry a PG-13 rating.

Finally The Rock also mentioned that the eh... Bio-Force Gun will also appear in the movie and he said he was pleased with the amount of explosions and total devastation present in the movie, claiming it would be enough to keep even the most demanding fans of the game happy.

Following the latest news about the movie we cannot help but become concerned regarding the rushed feeling we are getting about the Doom movie. If shooting is already over and the movie has a planned August 2005 release we may be looking at a world speed record for putting a big budget production together. We are however, still optimistic since our contacts have informed us that Uwe Boll's name is still not appearing anywhere near the credits.

Am reusit si fara godmode. Ai avut dreptate ppac ca nu a fost asa de greu. De 3 ori a trebuit sa omor seekerii si pana la urma asa fumegand si-a dat duhul gardianul. Acuma am trecut si de urmatorul nivel. In cateva zile il termin.

Sunt curios cum va fii filmul.

Gata. L-am terminat. [smilie=Victory.gif] Da ce intens a fost. Grafică şi sunet la înălţime. O atmosferă superbă. De 3 ori cu Soul Cube în CyberDemon şi gata a fost. Am înţeles că a apărut deja Resurrection Of Evil de ceva zile. Cum îl am mă şi apuc de el.

Sa stii nimerila ca si eu sunt foarte curios de film. Nu m-am rabdat si am inceput sa caut si am gasit ca pe 5 august 2005 va fi lansat filmul si in rol principal va fi The Rock, de fapt l-am recunoscut si in poza.

Eu cred ca o sa fie un film mediocru.....iar povestea e prea folosita....totusi sa vedem.
Mie mi-ar fi placut mai mult ca filmu sa fie de animatie si sa fie cu personajele din joc un gen de Final Fantasy....chiar ar fi fost super....ce ziceti?

Eu unul nu sunt chiar asa de pretentios si critic la filme dar cred ca Doom va fi unul destul peste mediocru mai ales ca joaca The Rock si mie imi place tipu. Si s-ar putea sa fie in genul Alien vs. Predator, cel putin eu asa sper. Cui nu i-am placut The Scorpion King, The Rundown sau Walking Tall s-ar putea sa nu-i placa nici Doom.Oricum ramane de vazut.Cel putin eu il astept.

Primul l-am terminat vara trecuta iar ROE acum cateva luni. Am fost placut surprins sa vad cum cei de la ID au reusit sa imbunatateasca grafica de la DOOM 3 la ROE. In nici un joc nu am vazut un sfarsit asa misto din punct de vedere al efectelor. [smilie=Respect.gif] ID SOFTWARE....

Cineva facuse o afirmatie mai demult " Why is everyone saying so many good things about Doom 3? Its engine limits the game experience and there is rarely any interaction with the environment".

Unul dintre programatori de la ID software a dat un raspuns foarte interesant: "Our engine is capable of doing things beyond anyone's imagination. Had we created more interaction and outside scenes only a small percentage of our customers would have been able to play the game".

am avut de curand o discutie in contradictoriu cu un prieten (membru al acestui forum. nu dau nume! :D) pe tema Doom3 engine VS. Source engine. era un articol referitor la acest subiect pe un site de specialitate, dar nu mai reusesc sa-l gasesc (Google must not be my friend [smilie=maniac.gif] )

oricum eu sustin ca Doom3 engine e mult mai elegant (numai uitandu-ma in structura fisierelor jocului se vede asta) si mai "de viitor" decat engine-ul Source care desi e foarte scalabil a sacrificat o gramada din potential, pe cand Doom3 engine nu. iar o data cu aparitia D3:ROE si a grabber-ului s-a demistificat fizica nemaipomenita a engine-ului Source. voi ce parere aveti?

Inca putin si voi termina si eu acest joc destul de reusit dupa parerea mea. E unul din acele jocuri de tip play and forget. Sa vedem...o gramada de intuneric, monstrii scriptati, lumina rosie sau intuneric "dubios", incarca arma si intra cu curaj, fii sigur ca te va astepta cineva...prea mult script, prea mult si nu in ultimul rind o grafica "revolutionara". Unul din lucrurile care ma enerveaza si nu suport la el (la fel cum nu am suportat nici in seriile mai vechi Doom)...hop se deshide o usa din cine stie ce perete si iete monstrul. Adica el ma astepta acolo de citeva nivele bune...foarte stresant.

Anyway, ce mi-a adus aminte de toata nebunia asta Doom 3 vs. HL2? Mai, a naibii e asemanarea cu nebunia care a fost cind a fost lansat Quake III & Unreal Tournament. Unul avea o grafica superba tot la fel de revolutionara la vremea aceea (Transform&Lightning anyone?) iar altul prelua o reteta Glide si adauga un multiplayer demential. Unul avea nivele claustrofobice, altul avea intinderi, pajisti intregi unde sa te plimbi cu redeemer-ul. Pe sistemul meu PII 333Mhz cu un Voodoo 4, Q3-ul mergea cu 20-35 fps pe cind UT-ul zbura cu 60. Cam asa e si cu Doom3 si HL2 .Unul e incarcat de coridoare claustrofobice, multe briz-brizuri , tehnologii una peste alta si merge cam greu, se taraie pe sisteme mai slabute, iar celalat are spatiu "de manevra" foarte mare, texturi foarte detaliate si un engine optimizat dar fara sa fie incarcat inutil cu tot felul de chestii care sa ingenuncheze procesorul.
Deci pina la urma ce rezulta din chestia asta? Doom3 = Quake3, Half Life2 = Unreal Tournament...parerea mea. :tongue3:

grafica(din ce am vazut eu cu sitemu meu modest),senzatia de groaza,armele sunt super ,singurul lucu ce-l am de reprosat este ca-i prea usor pe nightmare(i rupi cu soul cubu)

JIN: eu ma refeream la engine-uri.. de Call Of Duty ai auzit? sau Medal Of Honor? spatii imense cu engine-ul de Quake3 (ala "claustrofobic" pe langa UT engine). Valve parca si-au atins limitele engine-ului cu primul joc care-l foloseste (chiar HL2), sa nu mai mentionam Vampire The Masquerade: Bloodlines care are o grafica uratzica si prost optimizata, pe cand la engine-ul de Doom3 pe langa plusurile actuale or sa mai vina jocuri care sa-l valorifice. daca spatiile inchise sunt singurul repros pentru Doom3, ele vor aparea in titlurile viitoare (Quake4 la orizont).

...Si ca tot vorbeam de Doom III. Fratilor, eu tot nu reusesc sa gasesc comanda pentru always run. Cred ca ma bag in config-ul jocului, ca nu mai merge...

...Citeva minute mai tirziu: Am reusit sa-l termin pina la urma...De ce nu mi-a zis nimeni ca soul cube-ul face ceva, nu trebuie sa stea ca breloc in inventory-ul meu? Sincer vorbind DOOM 3 e cea mai mare dezamagire cu care m-am confruntat vreodata...go figure !!! Adica in HL 2 distractia e de 10 ori mai mare . [smilie=Victory.gif]

# All maps are now ready for co-operative gameplay! Our fellow teammember Klonsemann did a great job and modified them all! The constraint for modifying the maps was, that they should be 'as close to singleplayer as possible'. With Klonsemann's map modifications we clearly archived this task. Now you are able to play from mars to hell and back in one game, making it a great co-op experience.

# Linux support: OpenCoop is playable under Linux now.

# Audio fixes: Air sounds and various other looping sounds are now disappearing correctly. The intro music is now playing on the client and the sentry weapons sounds are now playing on the client aswell.

# Hud fixes: The radio button is now displayed as long as the radio sound plays. The audio log button now disappears correctly when an audio log is finished. When picking up security cards they get displayed on the hud correctly. Also we improved the quality of the objective images. Most of them are displayed correctly on the client now.

# Ingame graphics: The outside areas at the monorail level aren't black anymore. ( thanks Brian ) We fixed the bug where serveral outside areas on the client weren't visible to the client. The security cameras are working now in multiplayer aswell. ( There is only one camera display per PVS supported ) Debris of exploding barrels is displayed on the client aswell. All healthstations are now working correctly.

# Fixed physics: We fixed a bug with the physics not being properly synced, which caused the monorail and it's driver apear laggy. Now the monorail is running as smooth as in singleplayer. Also there was a bug which caused rotating items which were binded to a master not beiing able to respawn properly. Security cameras are now falling to the floor correctly. This was a bug which occured in singleplayer as well.

# General enhancements: The console command 'noclip' is now working in multiplayer. The fov may be changed in multiplayer if cheats are enabled. We modified g_skill 4 and 5 ( uberHard and pureEvil ) to make it a bit harder when more players are on the server. For g_skill 5 team damage is always enabled. The soulcube is not available by default in uberHard and pureEvil anymore. In nightmare the soulcube returns health correctly now. We disabled the console variables 'g_dragEntity' and 'g_editEntityMode' for multiplayer. The demonic influence affects all players now. Previously only one player was affected. Also we added the new console variable 'g_dropGibs' which allows disabling gibs as well as barrel debris. This makes internet gaming smoother. The coop teleporter now allows teleporting more than two players without telefragging.

problema in doom3

1024 FSAA2x detalii ultra high >imi apar niste dungi aiurea , poza spune tot
care e faza ? am incercat cu driverele 77.77 , 78.03 si 82.16 (nu mai stiu exact care este ultimul..)
si icna ceva , sistemul meu vede placa video ca este pe PCI si eu am AGP , chestia din bios nu da rezultate...

ulterior am obs ca si in nfsu2 am aceeasi problema , deci nu e de la joc , acum e alta problema , o fi hardware (placa video) sau software (drivere) ?

rog un moderator sa mute post-ul unde ar trebui .. ca eu chiar nu am idee unde ar trebui mutat..probabil la placi video , la inceput am crezut ca e de la joc..deaia am postat aici :P

Eu zic ca alea sunt artefacte, deci placa video sa fie vinovata (dar as putea la fel de bine sa ma insel :tongue3: ). Ai marit frecventele placii video la rularea jocurilor cumva?
